1 14oz Can Eagle Milk
1 5oz Can Evaporated Milk
2 C. Whole Milk
2 T. Sugar
2 t. Vanilla
1/8 t. Salt
Chopped Pecans
Bourbon
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauté pan, add pecans and salt, brown. Set aside to cool.
Slightly cook eagle milk until golden. Cool. Chill.
Add chilled milks, sugar, vanilla & salt to ice cream machine. Follow manufacturer directions. Freeze for 30 minutes. Add bourbon and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Freeze for 24 hours .
