10 C peeled, diced tomatoes
3 C onions, chopped
1 ¾ C green bell pepper, chopped
5 Jalepeños, finely diced - membranes and seeds removed
7 cloves garlic, minced
2 t cumin
2 t black pepper
Mrs. Wages salsa mix
⅓ C cilantro, chopped
⅓ C sugar
1 ¼ C apple cider vinegar
16 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot; bring to boil - stir often. Fill sterilized pint size canning jars within ½ inch of the lid. Process in a water or steam bath canner for 15 minutes. Remove carefully and make sure they seal.

If you don't want to can, skip 2-4.

Can stay in frig for up to 2 months.

Makes 4 quarts
