¾ ground chuck
diced onion
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans Rotel
1 can corn, drained
1 can Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 lb. Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck with onions, drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer 20-30 minutes. Add cheese until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.
