3 C cooked chicken, diced
1 pkg cream cheese
¼ t ground cumin
½ C milk
½ t salt
¾ C chopped onions
flour tortillas
1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup (I use one)
1 C milk
½ C sour cream
Monterrey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and place 2-3 T into flour tortillas. Roll them up and place seam side down in 9 x 13 pan.

Heat together 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream.

Pour over enchiladas. Top generously with Monterrey Jack cheese (I use the Mexican blend pkg).

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
