Pork Belly
1/2 Cabbage sliced
1 purple onion thinly sliced soaked in vinegar
1 Cucumber thinly sliced
10 Radishes thinly sliced
1 C cooked White rice
1 can Black beans seasoned with dash
-Sauce
Ranch
Vinegar
Cilantro
Habanero sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Braise pork belly with salt, Sazón, Goya Adobo.

Prepare vinegar onions, slice all vegetables, cook rice and beans.

Put pork in frying pan, and crisp on both sides.

Layer rice, beans, cabbage, radish and cucumbers. Add pork. Add cilantro ranch. Sprinkle with habanero sauce.
