1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 5x9 loaf pan with foil then spray with cooking spray.
Place the chocolate chips in large bowl.
In small sauce pan over medium to low heat combine sugar and milk and butter.
Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 4 minutes stirring constantly.
Add the mixture to the chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff and stir until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Reserve 1 cup, then stir the zest and a few drops of food coloring into rest of fudge.
Pour half the orange fudge into prepared pan, smoothing it evenly.
Freeze it for 5 minutes.
Evenly layer on the reserve white fudge and return pan to the freezer for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining fudge and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Using the foil pull out of loaf pan and place on cutting board. Cut into 1 inch squares and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
