1 lb. Lean Hamburger
1 envelope dry onion soup
3/4 c. water
Green onions
1/2 avacado
3 tomatoes
4 c. lettuce, torn into pieces
1 can ripe olives
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Doritto Chips (1-9 oz bag), or Taco Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and add soup and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool.
Chop Green onions, dice tomatoes, peel and cut avacado in small pieces, and sliced black olives.
Just before serving, toss cooled hamburger mixture with lettuce, onion, avacado, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Lightly crush chips (but not to small) and stir into mixture last.
Serve with taco sauce.

A great salad to take to a picnic and combine all the ingredients after you arrive and just before serving. I have taken this salad to Grandma Ruth's birthday picnic at a park in Iowa.
