2 sticks margarine
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
¼ cup orange juice
4 cups flour
Hard candies/lollies

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of a mixer, beat the margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, salt, lemon juice, baking powder, vanilla, and orange juice.
Slowly add flour and mix until combined.
Roll dough until ¼" thick.
Use large cookie cutter to cut the cookie and a smaller cookie cutter to cut out the center.
Crush up the hard candy, to small sized pieces.
Spoon about a teaspoon of crushed candy into the center of each cookie.
Bake 375 for 10-13 minutes.
