4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups flour

Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup confectioners sugar (sift-optional)
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
Add water, oil and vanilla and beat for a minute.
Add baking powder and flour, beat until completely smooth.
Fill half of cupcake holder, bake 15-20 minutes.
Let cool.

Mix glaze ingredients together by hand. If too thick add some hot water, if too thin add a little more confectioners sugar.
Spread onto cupcake and dip into sprinkles.
