6 eggs
1¾ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 long loaf pans.
Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour and oil alternately. Add vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix until just combined.
Pour about ¼ of the batter into each loaf pan, drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup over the batter. Use a knife to marbleize chocolate syrup into the batter. Sprinkle ¼ cup mini chocolate chips on top. Repeat with 2nd pan. Divide the remaining batter between the pans. Drizzle batter again with chocolate syrup and marbleize it. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool.
Cake freezes well.
