2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
½ teaspoon vanilla
1½ cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup orange juice
½ bag of chocolate chips

Crumb:
1 cup brown sugar
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons oil (a little less)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9" pan.
Mix all cake ingredients together, besides chocolate chips.
Mix crumb ingredients together by hand.
Pour half the batter into prepared pan then half the topping, then the rest of batter and rest of topping.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over cake.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
