Brownies:
3 eggs
⅔ cup oil
1½ cups sugar
⅔ cup cocoa
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped nuts, optional

Mousse Cups:
8oz whipped topping
3-4 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding powder
Baking chocolate for decorating

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brownie ingredients together in a bowl, by hand.
Pour the batter into a 9x13 pan.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Do not overbake.

When the brownie is cooled off, crumble it into small pieces and fill half the dessert cup.
Beat the whip until stiff then add in the pudding mix.
Put into a piping bag and layer on top of the crumbled brownies.
Shave chocolate with a peeler to form chocolate curls. Place on top of the whip.
Keep in fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
