Brownie:
2 cups oil
4 cups sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla
8 eggs
2 cups flour
1⅓ cups cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Peanut Butter Icing:
¼ cup margarine softened
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
1½ cups confectioners sugar
3-4 tablespoons soy milk

Chocolate chips, separate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together the oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Pour onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.

Beat peanut butter icing ingredients together in mixer until smooth.
Ice the brownies.
Take chocolate chips and put into large ziplock bag. Dip the bag into hot water until chocolate is melted.
Make a tiny hole in corner of the bag. Zig zag across the cake the short way, then take a knife and stretch the zig zags the long way.

Very pretty and delicious.
