½ cup shortening
1½ cup sugar
1⅔ cup flour
1¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup cocoa
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
3 eggs

Cream:
½ cup shortening
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Chocolate Icing:
2 cups confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together.
Pour onto 11x17 cooking sheet.
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Let cool, freeze for 1 hour.
Cut into 3 strips- length wise

Mix all cream ingredients together in mixer.
Mix chocolate icing together in a bowl.

Layer:
Cake, cream, cake, cream, cake, chocolate icing.
