Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken breast skinned, deboned
1 large can Cream of chicken Soup
1 large can Cream of mushroom soup
1 large head of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 head of cauliflower (optional, not everyone likes this in it), cut into bite size pieces
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 cup Duke's mayo
4-6 large lemons, juiced
1 large bad of seasoned croutons
Deep baking dish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in about 2 quarts of water until done.
Remove chicken, cool until you can handle it. Bring water to boil again and blanche the broccoli and cauliflower. This means toss it in the boiling water for about 2 minutes or less. Make sure broccoli is still green.
Cut or tear the chicken into bite size pieces.
While chicken is boiling, mix soups, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and lemon juice together. It should be very tart, this is what gives this dish its distinctive flavor. Mix in at least 1/2 can of water (from the saved water). The mixture should be not terribly thick. If you want you can mix in another 1/2 can.
Mix chicken and vegetables into the soup/cream/cheese mixture.
Pour into a deep baking dish. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. The last 15 minutes, cover the casserole with the croutons. You want them to be crispy when the dish is finished but not burnt.
