2 cups flour
1¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons coffee granules-diluted
1 cup pareve milk
1 stick margarine- softened
3 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting:
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons coffee dissolved in 3 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon oil

Streusel:- optional
½ stick margarine
½ cup flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixer bowl, add the remaining ingredients while mixing.
Bake in a bundt pan for 40-50 minutes.
Mix all frosting ingredients together until smooth.
Pour over cake when cool.
If putting on streusel, combine all streusel ingredients together and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Crumble the streusel and sprinkle over frosting while still wet.
