"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1.5 lbs boneless pork chops
10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 oz Stove Top Stuffing
2 c chicken broth (or 1.5 c if you like drier stuffing)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix stuffing and broth together in a bowl. Let set until liquid is absorbed. Place porkchops in the bottom of a 9 X 13 dish. Spread soup over the chops evenly. Spread stuffing ove the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I like this recipe since you don't have to fry the pork chops first. Our chops are very thin and cook through easily in this time frame. For a potluck casserole, cut the pork chops into bite size pieces and mix with the soup. Then spread evenly in the pan, and add the stuffing to the top.
