1/3 cup oil (recommend: avocado or olive oil)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
1 1/2 – 2 pounds chicken breasts, tenders, or thighs

Mix all ingredients together and marinade at least an hour.
