1 ⅔ cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Stir vegetables, chicken and soup.

In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
