3 lb (1360g) ground turkey
¼ cup(60g) mayonnaise
4 tsp curry powder
6 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cup(60g) spring onions, minced
2 tbsp Fresh Ginger, peeled & minced
2 tsp Ground Cumin
3/4 tsp Hot Chili Powder or
Hungarian Hot Paprika
SAUCE
¾ cup(172g) Mayo
2 ¼ tsp Curry Powder
1 ½ tbsp plain yoghourt
1 ½ tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 clove garlic minced
THE GARNISH
Tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce
Red Onions, sliced
4 Hamburger Buns

TO MAKE THE PATIES
Mix all the ingredients together then make into paties
TO MAKE THE SAUCE
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, yoghurt, ketchup, Sriracha and garlic in a small bowl for sauce. Let stand at room temperature while preparing burgers.
TO BUILD YOUR BURGER
Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each patty with sauce. Layer with lettuce, tomato and onions. Finally, crown your burger with the top part of the bun.
