1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 pounds boneless pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients to make marinade. Pour over meat and allow to marinate 2 hours. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Cover meat in corn starch and place in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with marinade.

Slice meat diagonally. Serve with oven roasted vegetables.

To make oven roasted vegetable, slice your favorite vegetables. Toss in a bowl with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Spread vegetables on baking sheet and season with sea salt and ground pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
