2 pounds ground chuck
1 pound ground sausage
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
garlic salt
pepper
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with your hands.
Roll meatballs with 1/4 cup meat mixture per meatball.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Add meatballs to your favorite sauce after cooking and let simmer on low for at least an hour.

Freeze extra meatballs for a great second dinner for your family.

If you buy Jimmy John's day old sub bread, these make excellent meatball subs. Just top with mozzarella cheese.
