12 ounce jar salsa
1 ounce package Taco seasoning
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast

24 soft or crunchy taco shells
Mexican style shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Salsa
Avocado

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix salsa and taco seasoning in slow cooker until blended. Top with chicken, cover with lid. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until the chicken reaches the internal temperature of 165 degrees Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred it with fork. Return to stir.
2. Fill your taco shell with chicken and top with your favorite ingredients.
3. Leftovers make an easy chicken taco salad for the next day's lunch!
