Thinly sliced ham
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Rolls/buns of your choice

Spread:
1/4 pound butter, softened
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon worscheshire
1 1/2 tablespoon mustard
1 small onion, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together all spread ingredients.
2. Slice our buns/rolls.
3. Spread both sides of the buns with butter spread.
4. Add your ham and top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
5. Wrap individual sandwiches in foil.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

These can be made a couple days ahead and kept in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake.

These sandwiches were a Franciscus Family Christmas tradition!
