2 cups finely sliced red cabbage
2 cups finely sliced green cabbage
1/4 cup finely sliced red onion
1/2 to 1 cup dried cranberries
Sauce:
1/3 cup of cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar or Splenda
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. Celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Add vegetables and cranberries to large bowl.
Make sauce in small bowl, whisking until sugar dissolves. Pour over slaw and mix well.
Refrigerate 3 hours and drain before serving.
Can refrigerate up to 5 days.
