¼ cup coffee
¾ cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
2 cups flour
¼ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder

Glaze:
1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in 2½ tablespoons boiling water
2½ tablespoons oil
1 cup confectioners sugar

Topping:
Candied almonds- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Dissolve coffee in water and set aside to cool.
Beat sugar and oil over high speed for 5 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla, continue beating for another 2 minutes.
Sift together dry ingredients. Reduce speed, add dry ingredients alternating with coffee.
Pour into well greased bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, invert onto plate.
Cool thoroughly.
Sprinkle liberally with confectioners sugar.
Combine ingredients for glaze and drizzle down the sides of cake.
Garnish with candies almonds.
