4 boneless pork chops

4 thinly sliced medium potatoes

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup milk

1/4 oil

Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork chops in 1/4 cup oil

Slice potatoes into a medium casserole dish

Place pork chops over potatoes

Combine onion soup and cream of mushroom soup and milk

Pour over the top of the pork chops

Bake at 350ºF for d1 hour
