1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 t. vanilla
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line 8x8 in. pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium saucepan melt butter, brown sugar, vanilla on low until well combined.

3. Add oatmeal and cook for 4-5 minutes.

4. Pour half of the mixture into the pan.

5. In a small microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir until combined. (I do this for 1 minute).

6. Pour over the oatmeal mixture on the pan and top with remaining oatmeal.
