Use Duncan Himes Butter Cake Mix or any receipe for two or three layer cake. Cool and slice layer making 4 or 6 layers.
Frosting:
2 c sugar
2/3 cocoa
1 stick margarine or butter
1/2 c sweet milk1 tsp vanilla (add vanilla after boiling)
dash of salt

Add ingredients stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil 1 minute a hard boil. Remove from heat. Add Vanilla Put between each layer while still hot. If making 6 layers use 1 1/2 receioes of frosting.
