1 1/2 cup Crisco (Melted and Cooled)
2 c sugar
1/2 c sorghum
2 eggs
4 tsp soda
4 c plain flour
1 tsp clove
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening and cool (not set) Add Sugar, sorghum and eggs. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled Roll into balls and roll in sugar Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes or 8 minutes if cold.
