2 (5oz.) jars of Old English Sharp Cheese
¾ C softened butter
1 egg
1 large loaf of bread

Directions:
Have cheese at room temperature. Add oleo. Mix thoroughly and add well beaten egg. Blend well. Spread on sliced bread with crust removed. Cover with second piece of bread. Spread on sides as if icing a cake. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Makes 10 sandwiches. Can be made several hours in advance and kept in refrigerator until time to use
