Ingredients:

½ lb. ground beef
½ C Hellman's mayonnaise
½ C milk
2 eggs
1 T cornstarch
1 ½ C grated Cheddar or swiss cheese
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet, stir often. Drain fat. Set aside.

Mix together mayonnaise, milk, eggs, cornstarch until smooth. Stir into meat; add cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell.

Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Instead of hamburger, try about ½ lb. bacon, crumbles or 1 large can (or fresh) mushrooms, or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, drained and chopped.

Frozen pie shells are good and easy to use.
