3 C diced apples
3 C all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C sugar
1 ½ C vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for apples. Then fold in the apples. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
