Use your own judgement on the amounts.
Ground beef
Onion
Salt and Pepper
Cabbage
6 - 8 Carrots sliced in coins (I have used canned sliced carrots)
2 Cans of petite cut diced tomatoes
2 Cans of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Drain. Cut 1 cabbage in small pieces and peel and cut about 6-8 carrots in coins. Layer in large roaster ½ of the meat and onion mixture, ½ of the cabbage and ½ of the carrots, then one can of tomatoes, and one can of tomato soup. Repeat. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 375º for about 1 ½ hours. Stir occasionally. Casserole shrinks during baking.
