6 Large potatoes
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cans of water
1 small jar cut up pimento
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with jackets on, cool and peel. Brown bacon, cool and crumble. Mix together soup, water, pimento, and onion in medium size bowl. Grate cheese.

Add in alternating layers sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon ad mushroom mixture. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes.
