12 Large Eggs
1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 cup melted butter, cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Which all ingredients together until well blended. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish, and place into the preheated oven. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir the eggs, and bake an additional 12 - 15 minutes. Stir and cover until ready to serve.
