1 egg
1 ¾ t salt
½ C tomato juice (8oz tomato sauce)
½ C ketchup
1 C chopped onion
1 ½ lb. ground chuck
1 ¼ C rolled oats
¼ t pepper

Topping:
⅓ C ketchup
2 T Brown sugar
1 t mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat egg, add salt, tomato juice, ketchup, and onion. Blend. Stir in meat gently, then fold in the oats. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 in pan. With fork make holes all the way to the bottom an pour topping over meatloaf. Bake 1 ½ hours in preheated 350º oven.
