1 large onion chopped
1 medium bell pepper chopped
2 T oil
1 - 14 oz. cream style corn
1 - 14 oz. whole kernel corn drained
1 egg beaten
1 - 2 oz. Jar pimentos
⅔ C milk
1 C cracker crumbs
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
¼ C margarine melted
2 T sugar
salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º

Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil then add everything else. Put into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish for 30 minutes.
