3/4 cup crisco
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups Quaker Oats (uncooked)
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts

Directions:

Cream crisco, brown sugar, granulated sugar. Add egg, water and vanilla.Beat well. Add oatmeal, flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Bake 350 for 12 - 15 min.
