1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup hot espresso coffee
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat and alternately add sugar and hot coffee. Beat well after each edition. Add vanilla and continue to beat until thick. Can use electric mixer.
