3 cucumbers, (sliced thin)
1 red onion, (sliced thin)
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons distilled vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dill weed, (dried)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Mix or toss to combine.
3. Let cucumbers and onions marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and up to overnight. The longer the better!
