1 LB ground turkey
Package taco seasoning use the water it calls for (3/4 cup maybe)
3 – 4 cups thawed shredded hash brown potato
A splash of milk
Onion powder - several shakes
Dry ranch seasoning – several shakes
Cheese whiz – about 3 heaping tablespoons – I think if used about 1/3 of a large jar
About 3 heaping tablespoons French onion dip or sour cream

Brown meat with onion powder & dry ranch seasoning. Add taco season & water stir well.
Add potatoes & let cook maybe 10 minutes.
Add milk & cheese whiz cook till cheese combined add French onion dip and cook 5 minutes.
