1 cup rice
2 cups water
2 teaspoons minced onion
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
Bake in a 9x13 pan.

6 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1½ cups sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons poppyseed



3 cups crushed Ritz crackers
¾ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Layer on rice. Bake at 325* for 30-45 minutes.

Mix crackers and butter. Layer over chicken for the last 15 minutes of baking.
