1 Tablespoon olive oil
4 jalapenos minced, OR canned ones
Chopped onion and bell pepper
6 c chicken stock
2 potatoes, cubed
1 -16 oz package- frozen corn
2-3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
4-5 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheese
1 -8oz block- cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook jalapenos, onions, and peppers in olive oil till soft. Add chicken stock and potatoes. Cook till tender. Stir in corn, chicken, bacon, cheese, cream cheese, and parsley. Cook till cheese is melted. And cream and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
