2 pounds chicken breast
1/2 bottle Italian dressing (I sometimes use Mexican dressing and a bit of Italian seasoning if I don’t have Italian dressing)
1/2 tsp minced garlic (in jar)
1 pkg Ranch dressing mixed with 1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin

Directions:
In the morning, dump everything into crock pot. (I use frozen chicken breasts). Turn on high. Bake all day and about an hour or so before supper, shred chicken and place back in crock pot, stirring to coat with juices. Turn on low or keep warm setting. Serve with tortillas and whatever toppings you like. A favourite easy meal!
