1 Cup Salted Butter at room temp
1 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups old FASHION OATS(GRIND IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR
UNTIL THEY POWDERY
2 CUPS Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder

12 Ounce Semi Chocolate Chips
4 Ounce Milk Chocolate Hershey Bar
1 1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts

Heat Oven to 375Degrees Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper

Using a hand or stand Mixer cream together butter and sugars
Mix in Eggs, vanilla scraping sides as needed. Set aside

Combine Oats,Flour,Salt, Baking Powder and Soda in a medium bowl.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat until combined but don't
overbeat.
Using a sharp knife or grater on the hershey bar
Add the Bar and chips and nuts to the batter. mix to combine do not over beat.

Using a cookie scoop and place 2 inch apart on cookie sheet. can add more chips and nuts on top of each cookie if you like Bake 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes then move to a rack.

keep in airtight container up to 4 days they also freeze well
