2 Cups Uncooked macaroni
cook & drained

1/4 cup Butter
2 1/2 Tbl Flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In a small pan melt the butter and add dry ingredients slowly add milk and whisk making it smooth and add cheese to the roux
Pour in the macaroni and pour into a greased 8x8 dish and bake 30-35 mins at 375 degree oven let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before serving
