3 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Nuts/Seeds/Dried Fruit
1/3 c. Cocoa
Pinch of Salt
1/4 c. Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1 t. Vanilla
2/3 c. Chocolate Chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 340º. Mix oats and nuts in a bowl. You can pulse in a food processor if you want it finer. Melt oil in a sauce pan and add salt, syrup, and vanilla until it forms a paste. Pour over oatmeal and bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip occasionally. Let cool and add chocolate chunks.
