2 C dried navy beans
Pinch of baking soda
½ lb diced bacon or salt pork
4 T brown sugar
3 T molasses
½ tsp dry mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
2 T ketchup
½ tsp salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water to cover. Then, add pinch of soda to beans and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and add the rest of the ingredients with enough water to cover. Pressure-cook at 15# for 30 minutes, or bake, covered, at 350º for 6-8 hours or until tender.
