Salad: (for 4 salads)
6 cups Baby Spinach (5 oz)
4 cups Arugula (3.3 oz)
1/2 cup Basil chopped
6 Tbsp Honey Viniagarette Dressing
4 cups watermelon 3/4 inch cubed
1/2 cup Feta finely chopped


Dressing: (Makes about 17 Tbsp enough for about 12 salads)

1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup Bragg's apple cider vinegar with the mother
4 Tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1. Chop arugula lightly
2. Chop basil in small slivers
3. In a bowl toss the greens (spinach, arugula, and basil) with the dressing.
4. Toss the watermelon in last after tossing the greens.
5. Individually plate the salad and top with Feta cheese.

Bill 3 let me know how you like the ratios I made original batch with 3 T honey and really liked it.

I upped the honey to 4 T for next time because Gale wanted more honey flavor.
I thought it was a little too much honey at Vito's
